Nous recherchons un Digital Project Manager, qui contribuera à établir des relations durables avec nos clients !
En tant que Digital Project Manager, vous serez responsable de la bonne exécution de projets digitaux, incluant le web et les applications mobiles, ainsi que l'intégration back-end nécessaire. Vous aiderez à développer des relations à long terme avec nos clients en favorisant les relations avec les dirigeants et les personnes clés. Vous assurerez le lien entre les équipes de projet des clients et les équipes de defimedia de façon à assurer le succès des projets, dans le respect des plannings, budgets et besoins fonctionnels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and make every effort at delivering projects on-time, within scope and within budget;
- In collaboration with the Director of Operations and the other project managers, coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
- For projects conducted in an agile manner (which is more and more the case), organise the proper management of the product backlog with the client, the sprints and all the supporting ceremonies.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress;
- Report and escalate to management as needed;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Manage all financial aspects of the project
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of pragmatic, result-oriented methods, based on industry frameworks.
Requirements
- Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering;
- You have 3-10 years in a Project Management role in the web or information technology sector;
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
- You are passionate about the possibilities offered by modern technologies, and about how they can contribute to clients’ business objectives.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and project management tools;
- PMP / PRINCE II/Agile certification is a plus ;
- You speak/write French, English and Dutch fluently.
